Returns Policy & Process

We don’t accept return/exchange unless the received products are defective. 

1) In case you received defective products, you need to contact us via email at with your order number and picture of product showing defects. 

Our customer support team will get back to you to confirm we received your request.

2) Then mail the product to our warehouse to the address below with a note in the box stating your name, order number, and if you would like a refund or exchange. If exchanging for a different style, please notate what style you and size would like instead. Please send us the tracking number of the package.

3) Once we receive your return package it can take a week for us to process your return (exchange) and issue your refund to the same payment method originally used. You will receive an email notification when your refund or exchange is processed. Shipping charge will be deducted from the total payment.
